![]() ![]() ![]() Wanting to get the chimney cleaned before the weekend and Thanksgiving the following week, I requested off from work, so I could keep my appointment on Wednesday. The next day, Monday 14 Nov 22, the company contact me to tell me that they overbooked Friday and would need to reschedule me for Wednesday 16 Nov 22 from 12pm-3pm. That seemed like a fair price, so I agreed and hung up the phone. After the scheduler told me that they had me scheduled for an inspection and cleaning, I asked how much it would be, and they said $99 before tax. Because my wife and I both work until Friday, I scheduled an appointment for the morning on Friday 18 Nov 22. They told me that they have availability any time after Wednesday, 16 Nov 22. On 13 Nov 22 I called to get a quote to get my chimney cleaned. I left another voice mail for a return call on. I am also contacting another chimney cleaning company h to see what was actually completed. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. I feel this is a scam &: work was not performed as Deep Cleaning. The invoice needs breakdown of work performed & total cost including inspection. Supposed supervision called back to inform me the difference was tax which also does not match for county that I reside in. ![]() Called for invoice which was a generic invoice to Deep Cleaning for $550. Did not sign anything other an credit charge. He spent much of his time giving me misinformation. I feel he could not have completed level 2 cleaning in that short of time. $99 for inspection & was advised I need level 2 cleaning. When scheduled appointment came A1 Chimney Sweep arrived to inform me they are the same entity. Contacted **************** Chimney Sweep for an appointment. ![]()
